The Rockstar Villa is only 70m from the sand of Bondi Beach. Located amongst the local shops, bars & restaurants with 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, full restaurant style commercial kitchen, inside/outside living room, BBQ and media room. The space Located on the footsteps of world famous Bondi Beach, the villa is perfectly situated for summer fun in the sun. You can smell the salt water from the house & feel the Bondi atmosphere around you. With FREE unlimited WIFI available throughout the villa, accommodating up to 16 guests (12 adults & 4 children) in 4 Queen en-suite bedrooms, 1 twin room that has 2 king single beds that can be joined for a king-size bed, 1 bunk room that has 4 kingsized single beds suitable for large adults and a media room with an enormous couch that is actually 2 further ‘King Single’ beds, the house is perfect for groups or extended families. The villa provides a fully equipped commercial kitchen and outdoor BBQ, a 3 meter recycled wood dining table for inside or outside dining and a 5*5m patch of lawn. All beds are luxurious ‘KingKoil’ and all bedding is 1000 thread count hotel quality linen. With all stays we provide additional bedding, towels and beach-towels. The Rockstar features a washing machine and dryer. The media room and living room both have 65” and 75” TV's with Foxtel, plus Hard Drive full of movies in the media room. There is off-street parking for 2 cars with additional parking for a further 2 cars possible over the kerb. Jet Flamingo’s Rockstar Villa is a fun place. It was built with socializing and groups in mind, the vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories; we look forward to welcoming you. NOTE: the villa has a strict NO PARTY policy & we do NOT accept Bucks or Bachelor parties at all. The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Sydney for weddings or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a Bucks weekend. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house Other things to note Jet Flamingo is the creation of a nightclub, restaurant and resort entrepreneur to accommodate his ever-expanding group of family and friends whenever they are in Sydney. The house was formally the "Bondi Beach B&B" and is perfectly located in a quiet cul-de-sac just 50m from the sand in the very centre on Bondi Beach. This property is not suitable for events or parties due to close proximity of our neighbours, we have great neigbours and the agreement that we have with them is that they can expect peace and quiet from 9pm - this means that the rear courtyard area is restricted in its use from this time. We are absolutely not a party house and will therefore never accept a one night reservation request, please do not contact us to request a one night stay as this damages our listing when we decline the reservation request, thank you.
