Ideally located 100 meters from the Arcachon basin, and about fifteen minutes by bike from the ocean, this 170 m² wooden villa can accommodate 12 people in optimal comfort. Two terraces, one upstairs overlooking the basin and the other on the ground floor, allow you to enjoy the Ferretcapian climate in a warm setting Due to its facilities and location, this villa combines comfort and conviviality in an authentic place. Enjoy the Petit Piquey spirit! The space The wooden villa is built on two floors. On the ground floor, there is an American-style kitchen, a large living/dining room, three bedrooms and a bathroom with separate toilet. Upstairs is the second living room equipped with a TV, a play area with a foosball table, as well as a sleeping area with a very comfortable sofa bed and a bedroom with private bathroom and toilet. Finally, the floor has its own terrace on which it is possible to have lunch while enjoying a view of the Arcachon basin. The large terrace on the ground floor is equipped with an outdoor open kitchen with a griddle and refrigerator. It also has an outdoor shower and several places to relax. Private parking allows you to park two cars. In terms of shops, bakery, butcher, fishmonger, pharmacy, wine cellar, tobacco press, bank and fruit and vegetable market are accessible within a few minutes' walk. A small supermarket is 300 meters away (Les Jacquets) or a larger one 5 minutes away by car (Claouey). Sheets and towels are not provided. If necessary, a laundromat rents linens 100 meters away. All beds are fitted with pillows and duvets.
