Inspirational & well located hideaway

Spacious studio in a legendary historic building, next to the City Hall and the House of Blackheads. Super convenient for getting to and from Airport or International Coach Terminal. It's a quiet residential area, where windows are oriented toward stunning view of St. Peter's cathedral and beautifully old oaks, shining in the morning sun and acquiring a fresh air from the green and quiet square. Downstairs is a Latvian cuisine and free parking (ask for permit) The space Studio is on the 2nd floor, no elevator. Great combination of privacy while still being in the absolute heart of Old Riga. Large double bed with an excellent memory foam mattress and 2 more sofa beds, plus 2 chairs and a dining table. Extra pillows available with different degree of softness. Good size kitchen with small electric stove and oven as well as microwave. Large bathroom with choice of shower and a bath with shower over head, there is also a washing machine too. You can drink the water from the tap, it's good quality. You would also like the little details, especially the fancy lighting. The flat is very quiet, so there is no danger of sleepless nights - just exactly what you need to unwind after exploring the city. Please be informed about hot water limitations. There is 80 liters electric heating boiler. It has enough capacity to let you take several times for showers, but one time for full bath per couple of hours. While using the stove or the washing machine, switch off the boiler for an hour, so the red light is off. switch is under the stove. You can park one car in the backyard for free, but you have to ask me for the permission, which to place under the windshield of your car. Guest access All parts of the space is accessable Other things to note You may drop off your bags in to the apartment, if the flat won't be fully prepared at your arrival time (before 15.00). I'll give you keys and send you the message latter, when the service work will be fully finished. Generally, previous guests are leaving around 11.10 am latest, so the cleaning will take approximately from 2 to 3 hours. In the meantime you may have a dinner downstairs, there is a good Latvian kitchen. If you're arriving very early or leaving very late, you may also put bags in to the luggage storage at the bus terminal called AUTOOSTA. It is just 10 min walk distance from my apartment.
