A rustic chic villa located on our farm near Badlapur/ Vangani, just 2.5 hours from Mumbai.Accessible both by road, and Karjat bound trains from CST. Our villa is a unique experience of spending time at a modern farm. While one enjoys the plush modern amenities in the villa, the connection with the nature is still very real, tangible and present. The space The main villa is spread over two stories. The ground floor has a covered verandah that wraps around two sides of the house, with views of the two beautifully manicured lawns running all the way down to the river. The first floor boasts of stunning views of the river Ulhas, hugging the edge of the property while being surrounded by the lush green hills of Matheran & Karjat as far as your eyes can see. The bungalow is pet friendly and a place where your four legged family member can call home and enjoy access to the whole property just like their parents. The rooms are designed to revel in the omnipresence of nature, every room has been specifically designed to open up to a very special view of its own. The Red Room: Accommodates 3 -Ground Floor -1 Double Bed - Sleeps 2 -Provision for one extra mattress - Sleeps 1 -Hot & Cold Running Water -Opens into the Kitchen & Multipurpose Hall on one side and garden on the other. The Green Room: Accommodates 3 -First Floor -1 Double King Size Bed - Sleeps 2 -1 Single Bed - Sleeps 1 -Hot & Cold Running Water -Opens onto the first floor terrace overlooking the lawns and river. The Blue Room: Accommodates 4 -First Floor -1 Double King Size Bed - Sleeps 2 -1 Double Sofa cum Bed - Sleeps 2 -Hot & Cold Running Water -Opens onto the first floor terrace overlooking the lawns and river. The Open Kitchen: Seats 10 -Ground Floor -4 Burner Gas Stove -2 Refrigerators -Ample Crockery,Cutlery & Glassware - Microwave -Otg , -Webber Grill, -Nespresso Machine & Drip Coffe Machine. A Little more about the outdoor spaces: Our property is spread over 4 acres of lush land! With 2 beautiful stretches of manicured lawns for kids to play and your pets to run on. There is also 2 acres of plantation area, and its spacious outdoors are surely a thumbs up for any getaway! The property is filled with different patches of vegetables, fruits, and herbs.We shall be happy to serve you any of the above during your stay with us. If in season, our guests are also welcome to enjoy seasonal fruits such as fresh coconuts, chikoos, mangoes, papaya, mulberry, guavas and a lot more during their stay. Discover a patch of a fresh vegetable garden right at the back of the villa , growing a wide variety of vegetables – if in season we serve you fresh organic produce right from our backyard. We have our own running nursery: "Crimson Fern" on the property, so please feel free to look around, select and purchase from over 300 different varieties of indoor and outdoor plants that are offered on sale. Ample free parking available. Guest access Guests have access to the entire villa, lawns, patio,surrounding gardens and plantations. Guests also have access to the perennial river The caretaker will be happy to show you around the property if required. Guests are also welcome to explore the space on their own. Other things to note Our caretakers are simple and warm village folk,we request our guests to treat them respectfully. Meals are priced at Rs 1500/- per head for lunch , evening snacks, dinner and breakfast. Same charges apply for Veg & Non Veg meals .(Please specify if you need Jain meals ). Menu options will be shared separately once your booking is confirmed. Complimentary Tea/Coffee/ Bisleri water and ice available throughout the day Children above 5 years will be charged the same as adults. No meal charges for kids upto 5 years of age.
