Nestled in a peaceful white-washed village, the villa is just a short walk from the dune-filled beach and surrounded by pine-covered hills leading to the Atlantic coast. Only 60 min drive from Lisbon Airport. The space The first floor holds 3 serene and light-filled bedrooms and 2 comfortable bathrooms: - Master bedroom with King-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower (we have a travel cot should you need it) - One bedroom with 2 Queen beds - One bedroom with 2 Single beds - Bathroom with a bathtub The sunlit second floor will greet you with breathtaking panoramic views over the bay and the river delta and offer a kitchen, a stylish dinning and lounge area: - Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need including a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave - A convenient guest bathroom is located just next to the Kitchen - Dining area is embraced by floor to ceiling windows from two sides and sits up to 6 plus a kid (we have a feeding chair) - Lounge area with a TV, a comfy sofa and armchairs are a perfect spot to cozy up, mesmerized by the view that goes as far as São Martinho do Porto The second floor area opens up to a terrace with a pool on one side and a patio on the other: - The terrace holds a pool and a set of resort-grade loungers with a view over Tornada river valley, Saõ Martinho bay and almond tree dotted hills, you will not want to leave it! - Cozy patio on the other side holds a set of sofas and armchairs for a relaxed afternoon and a top notch gas grill next to a dining table for 6 for a dinner alfresco. Guest access Few days before arrival you will receive an automatic email with electronic key for our Nuki smart lock Other things to note Kindly note that at the time of your stay we will require the following information for the Portuguese authorities: • Name as written in your ID; • Nationality; Additionally for non-Portuguese nationals we will need: - Date of birth - Country of birth - Home address - Country of residence - Type of ID document - Document number - Issuing country Please be aware that parties are not allowed as well as loud noises in outdoor areas after 10 pm. Please note that as we are located in a village, there are some typical repairs and construction work happening in the neighborhood. There is nothing major in direct proximity and most of our guests don't notice it. Never the less we want to give you a heads up that if you are looking for complete stillness you might better enjoy a more remote location. Thank you for your understanding!
