Located in historic Columbia City just 15 minutes by from downtown Seattle and close to the shores of Lake Washington. The space This entire private studio is a 4 star green build completed in March on 2016-and it's all for you. It offers a full kitchen, eating area, tv, 1-queen size bed, a 3/4 bath, washer/dryer and a wardrobe to hang your clothing in. Dedicated off street parking and a deck with table and chairs. Guest access The studio is located in our backyard, all you will need to do is come around the left side of the house. Or you, if you have a car, you may park in the dedicated off street parking spot. You will have your own private entrance. There are 13 stairs to the door. We will be on the property but not in your space. Other things to note We are just a 1.2 mile walk from the Columbia City Light Rail station. The station is a 20 minute ride from the airport and you can hop back on the train here for an 18 minute ride to downtown. 4 blocks (~1/4 mile) of this distance are uphill from Columbia City to our cottage. About the dog Blondie. Blondie is a rescue dog that just showed up in our yard August of '16. She has some issues. We are working hard on training, real hard, but she has some challenges-there's no denying it. It's best to just ignore her. You might be the big dog person but she's just not a people dog yet.
