Choose to relax and enjoy the views with a cup of morning coffee or afternoon wine on the terrace of this clean and well-kept penthouse apartment or be a little more adventurous by taking advantage of the many outdoor experiences Benidorm, Finestrat and the local villages have to offer. The space Your private two bedroom one bathroom apartment is suitable for up to 4 adults. There's a large south facing terrace with stunning views of the Mediterranean. a kitchenette with microwave, hot plate, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, cutlery, plates etc. a dining table for outside eating, in addition to a washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board. (please note, this is a kitchenette and there is no oven). The bathroom consists of a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet (no bath). The beds are very comfy with feather pillows and both rooms have powerful ceiling fans. There is no A/C . There are also two wardrobes and side tables with drawers. With our small seating area undercover, you can relax in the evening watching tv, or sit out on the terrace bar and enjoy the warmth of the Mediterranean air with a glass of chilled wine. We value your privacy however, we are in the apartment below so if you need us at any time to advise you on places to visit just let us know. We also own a restaurant in Benidorm, Amigos Restaurant and Roof Terrace, where you can enjoy a free bottle of wine on Casa Mayer should you decide to venture in for a meal. Guest access You have access to a garage space free for your car or if you prefer street parking is available. You will receive a key fob (deposit required) for entrance gate, garage and swimming pool access along with keys to all doors including bedrooms. Other things to note Relax and enjoy breakfast and coffee on the terrace overlooking stunning views. Spend your afternoons sunbathing by the beautiful communal pool and sit at the makeshift bar in the evening with dinner and a glass of wine watching the stars in Benidorm's crystal clear skies. If you enjoy a little adventure you can spend your days cycling, swimming, jet skiing, golfing, hiking, rock climbing, visiting local theme or wildlife parks.
