We are walking distance from many local hang-outs and attractions. Guest access Everything in Unit 3 is for the private use of those renting unit 3. The parking area and back patio are shared spaces with guests in other units. There is a digital lock on the door for easy self-check in. Other things to note Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. We require all our guests to have used Airbnb before and have positive reviews from past hosts.
