Newlands is a beautiful house offering a huge amount of space for large families. Newlands enjoys a large, fully enclosed garden with parking for several cars and is situated on a quiet road yet in the middle of Bembridge and close to all its amenities. Bembridge was voted 'Village of the Year' in 2019 and is a fantastic base to discover all that the island has to offer, whether it is coastal walks, mountain biking, watersports or heritage visits. The space Newlands was built in 2013 and boasts a great entertaining area with two dining spaces either side of a well-stocked and airy kitchen. The main dining area overlooks the rear garden with dual aspect bi-fold doors to the large patio. Everything about Newlands is spacious and therefore large families can relax.
