Enchanting villa with olive trees and breathtaking sea views. Very close to the sea and the beach of San Vito. The villa is located on a private property of 12,000 m² NOT ALLOWED: Parties, noise and loud music. A neighborhood check is carried out daily. We are happy to welcome people who want to enjoy the accommodation in peace and quiet. The space IMPORTANT: Since the house has only 4 bathrooms for 5 bedrooms, it is not ideal to rent it with 10 adults as 4 guests must share a single bathroom. The house is perfect for 8 adults or 8 adults with 2 children. Bedrooms 1 and 2 share bathroom 1. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have a private bathroom with bathrooms 2 and 3 Bedroom 5 (en suite with bathroom 4) is located in an authentic building about 30 meters from the villa, within the property. It is only available for rent as a "full house" consisting of 8 adults or 8 adults + 2 children. If you rent for up to 6 adults, guests will stay in the villa. Guest access Guests can use the entire property and the entire house, except for some private rooms that will be locked. These rooms do not appear in the photos. Upon arrival, guests are personally greeted and everything is explained on site. Even at check-out, someone will carry out a check and collect the keys. IMPORTANT: If upon arrival it is ascertained that the number of guests wishing to stay is higher than the number indicated and paid for by AirBnB, they will be denied entry. After some unpleasant incidents in this area, stricter controls are being introduced. For this reason, bedrooms not used by guests will be locked. Other things to note - There is a barbecue area on the property with a table and extra benches and soft lighting. -There's also a bowling alley.
