Located in Roses on the very first line of the sea, on the road to Canyelles, the VISTA MAR apartment was renovated at the end of 2020. With an area of 40 m2 and a terrace of 6 m2, with a breathtaking 180° sea view, the apartment is composed of a bedroom with a 150 x 190 bed, a bathroom, a living room, kitchen with sofa bed. The apartment is air-conditioned and has a private parking space. The sandy beach is less than 1 km away and is accessible by the coastal path. Bed linen is provided, not bath towels. In case of arrival after the indicated time slot (4 p.m. - 6 p.m.), a "late arrival" surcharge of €30 will be payable upon arrival. The day before your arrival, you will be asked for an appointment time for the handover of the keys (at your convenience but before 6 p.m.). If this time is not respected (without having notified us of your delay), you will be asked upon arrival for €15 per hour of delay.
