The Garret - Walk to Piedmont Park+Beltline+PCM

Walk everywhere and stay in the middle of all that Midtown Atlanta has to offer! This distinctive garret apartment is nestled in the top floor of our Craftsman home built over 110 years ago, situated 2 blocks from the Atlanta Beltline, and directly in-between Ponce City Market and Piedmont Park. Bright and airy, it offers a personal, walkout balcony with double exterior doors! The space This cozy studio suite is situated under the canopy of century-old oak trees and built into the attic of an early 1900s Craftsman home. As common with many attic lofts, the ceilings slope below head-height at 2 sides of the room. Our guests taller than 6' (182cm) may find it necessary to crouch when brushing your teeth at the bathroom sink, or grabbing a beer from the fridge. Otherwise the studio contains plenty of ample ceiling height for a relaxing stay. The living space contains all the comforts of home with a private entrance, plush queen bed, self-controlled heat and air conditioning, full bath w/ antique porcelain sink, vintage 5' clawfoot tub, super-fast Gigabit wifi, and a private walkout balcony. A twin air mattress and twin cot are available upon request, but note that we have a 2 guest maximum occupancy. The kitchenette offers Granite-topped counter-tops, microwave, mini fridge, Kuerig coffeemaker, and a variety of k cups. There is also access to a washer and dryer with eco-friendly laundry detergent provided. In-house entertainment includes a 50" HDTV, Chromecast, and various board and card games. A 600 game Nintendo system is included as well, which comes complete with all of the classics: Super Mario Bros 1/2/3, Donkey Kong, Contra, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Ninja Gaiden, Bomberman, Galaga, Bubble Bobble, Power Blade, Paperboy, Double Dragon, 1942, and more. Guest access All doors have have a keypad and are keyless. A fire pit is available for use in the winter. A washing machine and dryer are available for use at the bottom of the basement steps. Other things to note 👥 Maximum Occupancy: The room contains a queen bed. A twin air mattress and twin cot are available upon request, but we have a 2 guest maximum occupancy. No pets are allowed. 🔊 Noise: In order to reduce noise, we request that you remove your shoes when inside the apartment. Little ones are welcome, and a travel crib is available upon request. We just request that quiet time (8pm - 8am) is respected so that the other tenants living below are not disturbed. 🎥 Security: For added security our alarm system has a camera mounted outside the downstairs exterior door. An outside camera is also installed to monitor the rear alley. Both cameras are clearly visible. 🚭 Smoking: No vaping or smoking of any type inside or outside the property. There is a mandatory $400 fine if violated.
