Here you will find many tropical foliage with Palms, Yuccas, 20 Olive Trees and surrounded by tall Pine Trees. On entering the front door you are met by a grand staircase of antique brick which winds up the centre of the building giving a light and airy feel. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with oak cupboards and tiled tops. The view from the marble sink is utterly mesmerizing. All the modern appliances are here such as electric oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave & tall fridge freezer. Off the kitchen there is a circular dining room with lots of windows enjoying the views, and on a slightly lower level a large spacious sitting room again of circular design with numerous windows. Through the French Windows the infinity pool blends effortless into the sea below with the sky above creating an illusion of three shades of turquoise.. The ground floor also provides a double room and a modern family shower room. The huge Master Bedroom of circular design is on the first floor with French windows leading out onto the very large balcony overlooking the sea. A small bedroom with sofa bed sleeps 2 children/2 small adults/1 large adult. Both rooms share a large family bathroom with walk in shower enjoying more spectacular views. Other things to note We don’t take a security deposit from our guests but for peace of mind for both our customers and our owners we have added a one off Accidental Damage Insurance payment of €6.00 per person (Infants 0-2 not applicable).
