Alinea Farm

Alinea Farm is a working family farm. We are a 10-acre homestead full of farm animals and gardens. The airbnb is newly remodeled and situated above our detached garage. While our family home is not far, we have created a private space and are very mindful to provide quiet, peace, and privacy for our guests. We are hosts at heart and are here to accommodate whatever you need from your stay, whether to be left in peace to a lively tour around the farm. We hope you will find rest here. The space Our property is 10 acres with several buildings, gardens, a newly planted vineyard, orchard, and animals… lots and lots of animals. You will likely see our flock of sheep in our pasture as well as a cow or two. You may wake to the sound of a rooster crow. Ducks, turkeys, and chickens all roam at their leisure. The property is lush with trees and a very peaceful, rolling landscape. On the other side of our home, we have a courtyard, hammocks, water fountain and gardens. Our property is fully gated and extremely well protected and safe. Not only do we have excellent sheepdogs that will alert us, but we also are privately located. There is a very sweet church next to our property, but outside of that, there are no homes within eyesight. It’s extremely rare to have anyone walk along the roads near our property and only guests, friends, and good neighbors have the gate code. We have had guests say that our airbnb was the first sleep away from their own bed where they were able to get a really good nights rest. Guest access Guests have the entire area around the garage to themselves, including the driveway that wraps around the garage. We park in a different area entirely. While guests are here, our family will be very discreet and will make sure any outdoor chores or activity are on the other side of the home/property. While your privacy is of extreme importance to us, you are welcome to walk around and feel free while on our farm. The two big white buildings can be walked around but guests shouldn’t open the doors and go inside. Also, our fenced in backyard directly behind our home is also private. Inside the garage underneath the airbnb is also private. Other things to note Most of our guests come to go hiking, to attend weddings, attend the nearby winery, or to look for real estate in the area. For those reasons, we are in a great location. However, if you want to be near shopping if any sort, we are absolutely not a great location. We have a dollar general a mile up the road, but the nearest grocery store or hub of restaurants and shopping is at least 15 min away. You’ll want to drive into Travelers Rest, Easley, downtown Pickens, or Greenville for interaction with people, shops or restaurants.
