Casa Olea is a small residence made of 4 apartments, with private pool and garage. Every room of the house has view on the lake and each apartment exits on the garden separated one to the other by a jasmine hedge. The main attraction of Casa Olea is its stunning view of Lake Como, the hill and Vezio Castle, and the surrounding mountains. Everything is designed for the guests to feel comfortable and to make their holiday on Lake Como unforgettable. The space The Green Apartment, located on the left side of the house, is built on two levels: on the ground floor, you will find the living room with a sofa bed, the kitchen, and the dining table, all with direct access to the garden. On the first floor, there is the lake-view double bedroom, the bathroom with a shower, and a small terrace. Both levels feature large sliding windows that provide a magnificent view of the lake and create harmony between the indoor and outdoor spaces. The house is a superb example of a restoration which is sympathetic to its surroundings. The former farmhouse blends its original stone and wood structure with contemporary architecture and design. The interior is both modern and functional. The garden, disturbed only by birdsong and hourly church bells, is a haven of tranquility and relaxation. The private swimming pool as well as the nearby tennis and basket ball court will ensure your complete enjoyment. Everything is designed for the guests to feel comfortable and to make their holiday on Lake Como unforgettable. The house is located in Perledo, a small village situated 2 km uphill from Varenna. Casa Olea takes its name from the 300 olive trees belonging to the property. Guest access The apartment is entirely private. The swimming pool, the garden, the underground parking, and the laundry room (upon request) are shared with other guests. The pool is 12 meters long, it surrounded by fragrant olive trees, rosemary, and lavender plants. It provides ample sunbathing space with lounge chairs and an outdoor shower. Other things to note Bed sheets, bath towels and pool towels are provided. Upon arrival, you will find a starter pack including toilet paper, kitchen paper, dish soap, and hand soap. A hair dryer is available. Hair and skin care products are not supplied. The house is provided with a water-filtering system and therefore tap water is pure and drinkable.
