Two cottages, steps away from each other, within 65 acres of beautiful rolling countryside including spa with pool, jacuzzi and sauna for your exclusive use - you don’t share it with anyone. Each cottage is fully equipped and recently furnished to a high standard. Underfloor heating makes it cosy in winter. All beds have the best linen. BBQ on the terrace. Free Wifi. En-suite bathrooms Fully equipped kitchens. Well behaved dogs allowed. Please mention. The space The cottages are all on one level and have all the creature comforts one would need. Discount for longer bookings. Each cottage is within steps of the indoor spa and has its own terrace and parking. The ambient temperature in the pool area is kept at approx 30 degrees, the pool at 31/32 degrees and the spa is at 38.5 degrees. This is part of our farm so we are around to give advice etc but we respect your privacy. There is a smart TV in each cottage and a bose speaker in the pool to link for music. Milk, tea, coffee and other goodies are provided on arrival. The area is extremely quite, no road noise or light pollution! We have six super king bedrooms, four of which are zip and link should any singles be needed. The cottages sleep up to twelve adults comfortably. We aim to give you a first class experience. Towels, robes, hair dryers, toiletries etc are all included. Everything is of high quality so you can relax and enjoy your surroundings. Relax with a drink in the warm pool area or enjoy the fresh air with a BBQ on the terrace. Guest access Each cottage has its own private entrance which can be accessed at any time. The spa is available for your exclusive use during the duration of your stay and can be accessed at any time. Other things to note We get booked up well in advance and are currently taking bookings for 2027 and 2028. We keep a waiting list, just let us know if you'd like to be added. We are able to accommodate up to 12 people in total including any children. We can provide up to two travel cots if needed, please ask. Please do not invite extra guests who are not staying. We are a working farm so don't be surprised to see the odd tractor! We are able to accommodate helicopters. Hen or stag nights after discussion. No smoking. Please do not leave any helium canisters on the property as we are unable to dispose of these. Please do not use glitter or confetti in the pool area, they can clog up the filters.
