The little summer house

The little summer house is a charming ecological gite for 6 persons (3 bedrooms) located in a quiet village on the touristic road of Champagne, with a confortable equipment (dishwasher, washing machine, TV, DVD, wi-fi ...) and a wall surrounded garden. Between June and September, as in-ground swimming pool is accessible between 1:00 and 7:00 pm. Parking takes place inside the property. The space The little summer house is a stone country house dating from the French Revolution, with a walled garden, fitted in order to preserve the environment, featuring all the modern comforts (living + TV , DVD and stereo, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower, private toilet, 3 large bedrooms, dishwasher, washing machine, wi-fi internet access etc). Extra charges could be asked if the tenants choose to rent bed linen (12 to 15 euros/person), towels (5 euros/person) or heating (8 euros/pellet bag during the cold season). We ask our tenants to clean the house before leaving (ground floor cleaned with water, bedrooms with the vacuum cleaner). A cleaning fee is available for 100 euros. Guest access The little summer house is situated on the tourist route of Champagne, in the heart of the Côte des Bar, close to the amusement park Nigloland and to the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient. Troyes, with its old town and its outlet shopping is forty kilometers far. The house is 20 minutes far from the Magnant 22 exit ont the A5 motorway. The closest train station is 22 kms far : Vendeuvre-sur-Barse. Other things to note There are several shops in the village (supermarket, butcher, press, dry cleaning ...) + sports facilities (tennis, bowls ...)
