Sea breeze, really enjoy

New season! This private house has two floor. On the top floor there is a bedroom with a comfy bed (180x210). Downstairs is the living room with a a comfy good quality sleeping couch (140x200). There is also a baby bed available. The kitchen with nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, induction cooking facilities and fridge with small freezer. Plus a modern bathroom with sink, rainshower and toilet. You have your own garden with privacy and parking available nearby. The space Please come and stay in this cozy summer beach house (56 m2) next to our own house. You have your own small garden (12 m²) and flower bulb fields, the beach, the sea, the dunes, shops and terraces are within walking distance (5 minutes). Our neighborhood is a typical small village area. Little traffic, nice people, relaxed surroundings. The whole house is tastefully decorated. The house has two floors. On the top floor there is a bedroom with a large, comfortable bed (180 x 210). Downstairs is the living room with a comfortable high quality sofa bed (140 x 200). There is also a baby crib available. The kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, cooking facilities and refrigerator is also located on the ground floor. Plus a bathroom with sink, toilet and rain shower. The cute little house is very suitable for a couple, for a romantic getaway on the beach. Or maybe two or three friends. Families with one or a maximum of two (small) children should also feel comfortable. The parents could then sleep in the living room, for example. If there are only adults, we stick to a maximum of three so that the house does not get too crowded for you. Please come and stay in this cozy summer beach house (56 m2), next to our own house. The little sweet house is very suitable for a couple, for a romantic getaway to the beach. Or maybe two or four friends. Also families with one or 3 children (1 baby included) should feel at home. But do not expect a lot of space😃. If there are only adults, we advise to keep to a maximum of three, so the house won't be too full for you. 😃 Guest access Instructions will 𝕓𝕖 given before arrival. Other things to note No pets. No smoking. Towels for showers and linens are included. Please bring your own beach towels. Free parking is available at the end of Nieuwe Zeeweg, a 15-minute walk. We also have a special hotel parking card that you can use during your stay for a small fee. You then park your car in the parking lot 'Wantveld'. This place is located between our house and the beach, 4 minutes' walk away (usually you pay 18 euros per day to park there). The cost is 9 euros per day, with our special card. (If you lose our hotel parking card, it will cost you your deposit of 50 euros. Hopefully not :). ) Please don't forget that there is a tourist tax of 2.51 euros per night per person (including for babies/children). This is limited by our government. You can leave this and the parking fee in cash on the dining table on the day of departure. Thank you in advance. No pets. No smoking. Towels for showering and bed linens will be provided.
