Wonderful mansion located on the top of a small hill surrounded by vineyards and olive groves! Our villa is divided into 4 apartments. This bright spacious apartment, it is on the 1st floor of the villa with private panoramic balcony terrace. It's accessible directly by an external staircase. The big equipped Pool and the Parking, they are to be shared with the other eventual guests of our property. The place is relaxing, quite and super safe! The ideal location to discover all parts of Tuscany The space The Apartment (70 square meters) featured of a big covered panoramic balcony, it is on the 1st floor of the property, accessible directly from the big garden of the villa thanks to an external staircase (easy to walk)! Fast Wifi and TV Sat, mosquito nets! In the apartment you'll find: - a bright living area (which faces on your private panoramic equipped terrace) with comfortable Sofa, a Table, TV SAT and an authentic Tuscan style kitchen (Fridge, freezer, Oven, Dishwasher.. a small sink.. plates, dishes and cutlery and all you will need to prepare and eat your meals). - 2 Bedrooms, each one with comfortable queen size bed, big wardrobe! - 2 Bathrooms with Shower, Washbasin, WC and Bidet. - In your private covered terrace you'll find table with chairs, ideal for your al fresco dinner or breakfast! This terrace is awesome and you will enjoy a breathtaking panorama! This apartment is perfect for a family but also for two singles or two couples! We can provide you a baby cot and high chair in case you have a baby with you :) In this case please let us know at the moment of the reservation! Always at your disposal in the Common areas: - Our parking area just next to the main gate of the villa - A big panoramic Pool (About 13 x 4 meters). Here you'll find sun beds and sun umbrellas, a shower, and also a nice pergola! (POOL is Open from 1st May to 30th September) - A Laundry with Washing Machine and Dryer Machine too! - Free WiFi 24hours 7days In the apartment there is no Air Conditioning but we can guarantee you that thanks to the very big stone walls of the entire villa and its apartments always you will feel very comfortable! All the apartments are very airy and fresh! Guest access Our guests have free access to all areas of the property: - Panoramic pool and its equipments - Parking - The patio with sun umbrellas, tables, chairs and the external covered living area in the garden. - Laundry - The big ground of the property! Other things to note Price Includes: - Bed and bath linen (Weekly change) - Fast Wifi - Final Cleaning - Private Parking of the Property - The use of the Pool area and its equipments - Laundry - Electricity, water and Utilities in general. ALSO HEATING is included! Price NOT include: - Tourist Tax: 2 Euro per person per night (Children under 12 yo free of charges) - Eventual extra cleaning or extra bed and bath linen changes (The first set is included and you'll find the apartment ready for a comfortable stay). CHECK IN: We are able to check in between noon and 5 pm usually. Please in case of different arrival time let us know before to make a confirmation.
