Lovely detached villa, situated in the area of Masos de Pals, just 3 km from the beach of Playa de Pals. De house is apt for 6 people, has a private swimmingpool, a large living- dining room, 3 bedrooms (2 with airconditioning), a kitchen, a bath room and various terraces. From the main terrace in front of the living room, you got beautiful view at the Mediterranean Sea and the Islands Medes. Guest access The living- dining room is very spacious and has a television and fire place. The modern kitchen is equipped with all kinds of utilities. There is a dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, water boiler and a refrigerator of course. In the adjecent room you will find the washing machine and thumble dryer, plus an extra refrigerator. The three bedrooms are all applicable for 2 people, but one of them especcialy for children. The beautiful modern bathroom has a double basin, shower and toilet. Around the pool you got full privacy, table, chairs and 4 lounchers. The pool has roman stairs, so easy for children. A level higher, at the level of the groundfloor, there is a large terrace, partly covered, table and chairs again and a barbecue. Also at the other side of the house is a garden.
