Escape to your perfect beachside haven in this bright and breezy 2-bedroom apartment, just a short stroll from the sun-kissed sands and lively boardwalk in the heart of downtown Ocean City. Each bedroom offers two comfy double beds for a relaxing retreat, while the fully-equipped kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, and easy on-site parking ensure a carefree coastal getaway! Other things to note *Important: Before booking, please make sure that the Airbnb account holder for the booking will be present on arrival and will occupy the unit for the duration of the stay. This will be the only person allowed access to the unit. All guests are required to provide a credit/debit card for incidentals upon arrival. If the guest is under 25, this card will be authorized for a refundable security deposit of $300.00, and IDs from all guests will need to be provided in this case. Linens and bath towels are provided; however, our linens are not to be used for the beach. If linens are found to have excessive sand, an additional cost will apply. Guests will also need to bring their own paper products, such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and detergents.
