The Studio with an area of 50m2 each, T0 type open space, very well decorated with several of typical handicraft of Madeira. Are cozy spaces that hold the comfort indispensable to a great stay for two/three persons, or even for those who prefer or choose to be alone. The space A Studio is composed by 1 room open space with wood burning fireplace and two single beds or a double bed XL and, even, the possibility of placing one extra bed. Contains 1 bathroom with a bath and hairdryer, a kitchenette complete equipped and a direct exit to the gardens, which feature a table for outdoor dining. The Studios are also equipped with Econo-Heat, wireless internet and cable TV. These are prepared to host two people, however, it has a capacity to accommodate three people maximum. Guest access Guests have access to all common areas of the property. Other things to note With an area of 14,000 m2, the farm is in the Pereira family since 1928, owes its name to the swamp existing in the same and in it is contained a small sample of the vast flora of Madeira and that can be appreciated by any visitor through a pleasant tour of the property. In addition to being very well located, only 150 metres from the centre of the village, with easy access to bus stops, health centre, pharmacy, to restaurants, to the supermarket and to the church, Quinta do Pântano is a quiet and reserved place, with a rural environment and a magnificent surrounding landscape, ideal to relax and recover from the city stress of the day-to-day.
