Welcome to the Varennes farmhouse, a charming house, on an isolated property in the countryside, which will appeal to all nature lovers and those seeking calm. Bourgogne Détente is close to the Doubs and a pebble beach, close to the Château de Varennes and in an area of ornithological and fishing attraction. The space Take your time and come to recharge your batteries and enjoy all the comforts of a tastefully renovated 180 m² house. On the agenda: relaxation, sauna, Doubs beach and walks. Green key certified. You will have access to the pool area, located in the same courtyard (from 3 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., subject to modification by the owners). Open and heated year-round (swimming pool at 26°C), this space also offers a comfortable HOT TUB (heated to 32-33°C). The courtyard is shared with a second cottage with a capacity of 14 people without adjoining walls. The terrace of the farmhouse is protected at the back, not overlooked. Outside you will find swings, ping pong table, petanque court. In the farmhouse, a space is set up for children inside (games, books of your choice). Adults can enjoy indoor comfort, the library, foosball, or express their talents in a well-equipped and functional kitchen or the mezzanine keyboard. The bonus: the private sauna that ensures relaxation in summer and winter. If you need a quiet place to work, you will find a room equipped with a desk with Wi-Fi access. You can also simply rest in front of the large TV (DVDs are available) and use the hi-fi equipment (some CDs on site) and Wi-Fi. The bedding is of quality, with beds of 140, 180 cm or 90 cm. If you come in winter, enjoy the comfort of warm heating (underfloor heating and pellet stove provided). The house is intended for 8 adults and children (and up to 2 additional babies sleeping in a baby bed). We do not accept exceeding this capacity. Bed and house linen provided, beds made. Filter coffee maker, Senseo and Nespresso. Baby equipment available on request (highchair, bathtub, changing table, baby bed, playpen). Barbecue available from April 1st to October 1st. All you have to do is put your bags down. No pets allowed. No smoking inside house. The house should be returned tidy. Guest access The house is fully available, excluding a technical closet. The indoor pool and hot tub are shared on different schedules. A wooded park with outdoor games is accessible and shared with a second home. Other things to note Adult and children's bicycles are available under your responsibility.
