Modern house suitable for families and couples

Looking to relax in a modern home in a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood? You’ve found the right place. Our house has all modern amenities, including a sauna, barbecue, garden, and a small playground for children. On sunny days, we recommend enjoying your meals outside on the terrace—just like we do. The house is perfect for families or couples seeking a comfortable and relaxing getaway, with good connections to both downtown Helsinki and Leppävaara in Espoo. The space The house was built in 2016 and therefore offers modern facilities. The kitchen is well equipped and is highly suitable for preparing delicious food. Basic provisions such as spices, coffee and tea are naturally available. If you want to cook outside feel free to use our modern Weber gas grill. We have children and hence some toys and some baby equipment are available. As a total we can accommodate 8 adults, and in addition to that we have a children's bed (aprox. for under 6yrs old) and and a baby crib. Please read more about the beds offered under "Other things to note". Guest access You’ll have access to the entire house, except for the garage and storage areas. You also have access to the garden and the forest outside. Parking is available on the front yard. Other things to note These are the beds we can offer. Upper level: Master bedroom: 180cm bed + babycrib (could be moved to an other room) Guest room 2: 90cm bed. Guest room 3: 90cm bed and/or a childrens bed (max. 5-6yrs). Lower level: Guest room 4: 2*90cm beds TV room: Sofa converted into bed 135cm (fits two adults). Kitchen and living room are on the upper level.
