On demand hot water means you will never run out. 50" TV for movie nights. 2 Bon fire pits and firewood is supplied, because S'mores are important. Hammocks hang in the summer on many trees, or relax at the picnic tables. You will find lots of upcycling and re-used items. Old kettles become bird houses, worn out boots become planters, spools become chairs.... This is your own private park, where the driveway loops around a huge live oak trees in the 8 acres of pasture. Wander through 4 acres of wooded trails, or sit on the porch that overlooks 80 acres of a neighbor's property to watch wildlife on. G00gle Assistant automatically turns on and off the outside lights and controls a variety of things in the home such as robot vacuums. G00gle Assistant can be easily bypassed if you aren't tech savvy. Listen to the owls coyotes, and birds all night instead of any noise from the city. The property is perimeter fenced and very safe. Your pets are welcome. Then there is Charley, the deer, who can be fed through the fence or you can allow him inside the property. He likes to hang on the porch and play with the dogs. Charley loves sugar cookies, graham crackers, carrots, and all sorts of sweets. As an Airbnb Superhost, I'm excited to share my special small home with others while I travel. I'm hoping to find long term guests and give a significant monthly discount to reflect this. Guest access You will have access to the entire 12 acre property. The garage will be locked. Other things to note This is acreage property. There are bugs, slithery creatures, snakes, coyotes, bobcats, foxes, and wild pigs. I have snake fencing which is not a guarantee. I also have very secure perimeter fencing. I do not have an oven, dishwasher, or microwave as I make most things fresh on the grill or hot plate. The porch and bedroom have limited headspace. Anyone over 6'4" should be careful with the porch fans. The bedroom is in a lofted second story, and anyone less than 5'8" will need to duck. There are security cameras in the door, gates, and pasture. All security cameras are outside (none are inside ). Photo ID required to be submitted to host prior to check in.
