This is an old barn that has been completely renovated, country style and rustic, with three (3) floors, with five (5) closed bedrooms and one (1) closed dorm. This property can accommodate a maximum of 16 people (children and adults included), including a maximum of 10 adults. For the months of May to October, the Maisonnette is only available upon request and as a priority for guests of the Grange wishing to have additional guests. Here are the activities nearby, which are SHARED with the other accommodation (Grange de la Rivière-Perdue): - Large land of 13 acres so enough to have fun and snowshoe or walk in the forest - At the end of the land there is Lake Maple with access to the Lake (2 docks, 1 pedalo, 1 boat, among others, available in summer season from May to October) about 5 minutes walk; -Trempoline (available in summer season May to October) -Cabane for children; - Étang. Please note that the tenants of the other accommodation (Grange de la Rivière-Perdue) have priority over the use of its common amenities. Here are the activities in the area, close to the property, but not limited to: - We are located 20 min. from Morin-Heights, and 30 min. from St-Sauveur; - There is a 10-minute drive from the chalet an aerobic corridor for cross-country skiing, cycling, walking and running (58 km of trails) - One (1) covered hockey ice cream, one (1) ice ring and biathlon site (cross country ski) less than 5 min. by car (Laurel); - One (1) soccer field less than 5 minutes by car (Laurel); - One (1) hockey ice cream less than 5 minutes by car (Harrington); - Several other activities offered by the municipality Guest access Guests will have access to the accommodation and grounds. Please note, however, that the land, access to Maple Lake and their amenities are SHARED with the Perdue River Barn. Their use is given priority to tenants of the other dwelling for reasons of privacy. Other things to note This home is located in a very peaceful area, where tranquility must be preserved.
