Furnished 1 bedroom / 1 full bath home has everything you need for a comfortable stay in a quiet neighborhood & is ideal for those of you who might just need a little more space w/the ability to cook in a full kitchen compared to that of a standard hotel.This rental is ideal for those of you are coming to visit a loved one nearby or maybe you are a contractor-or even those who are in transition to or from the area.This home will hold 1 adult/1 couple only and is available for 7 nights or longer! The space all new attractive decor,FULL kitchen and equipped for basic/light cooking needs. unfortunately this home is not pet friendly. I do have other listings that do accept pets. if that is something that you are needing, please send me a message and if I have one available I will point you in that direction. there is enough room for parking for only 2 regular sized vehicles. Please do not park on the grass. If you need additional parking, please send me a message or consult with the rental office. Guest access the Gym is free & open 24/7! all you need to do is stop by the rental office & sign a liability waiver - must be age 18+ the laundry care facility is open 7 days a week, it is token operated - 1 token to wash & 1 token to dry (tokens are $2.00 each) tokens are available for purchase in the rental office. All Guests have access to the laundry care facility, there are a limited number of washers & dryers - please be courteous & respectful of other Guests and not leave your laundry unattended in the washers & dryers. The office is located onsite and is open 6 days a week: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm & on Saturdays 10am - 2pm. Other things to note *** due to COVID 19 & waiting time inbetween renters, the minimum for renting is now 6 nights. I have changed this in my settings. If it is an extreme emergency, please send me a message and I will see what I can do, this is the time for us all to work together. I thank you in advance for understanding. *** This rental will hold 1 adult/1 couple only. --- this rental is all BRAND NEW - there is antenna television and wifi. unfortunately this rental is not pet friendly. I do have others that do accept pets. So if that is what are you are needing, please send me a message and I will help point you in that direction if I have one available :) * Either placed inside the rental beforehand or at the time of check in, you will be given a Welcome folder. Inside the welcome folder will be a few complimentary laundry tokens, a highlighted map of the area, area information as well as what to do for after hours emergencies or if you lock yourselves out - there is an after hours lock out fee that will need to be paid to the rental office should you lock yourselves out after business hours.
