The property has a gorgeous view of Norris Lake and offers guests the ability to take a short hike to the lake, bring your boat or rent one, camp, picnic, fish, bring your horses or just enjoy the good ole outdoors. We are also just 15 min drive from Royal Blue Riding trails, so bring your ATVs and side by sides. Play all day The space We offer an outdoor natural retreat setting for you to enjoy a quiet and peaceful getaway. All Cabins are clean and this one was recently remodeled in 2020. New bathrooms, all new floors, a new kitchen, and a fresh paint job. This house has 5 bedrooms. 1 King bedroom, 3 queen bedrooms, and 4 twin bunk beds, and two bathrooms. Spacious living room with open floorplan to the kitchen. The split bedroom floor plan has bedrooms on each side of the house with 2 queen beds and 4 twin bunk beds sharing a bathroom. King and queen bedrooms on the opposite side and share a bathroom. Front porch, side porch with grill, and a separate deck overlooking Norris Lake and mountain views as seen in the photos. Guest access We have horse stalls available for rent, reach out to owner for more information. Plenty of room to park your boat, your ATV or Side by Side trailers, We also have an RV Park on the back 50 acres of the property and 5 other rentals if you have family and friends that want to join you. Other things to note No Smoking is allowed at the ranch (not inside the buildings or outside). This is a non-smoking facility.
