GVV Retreat is back and better than ever! We are located in the heart of downtown San Saba. Enjoy the view of the town and beyond from one of our two spacious balconies while sipping a nice glass of your favorite wine from the Wedding Oak Winery located across the street. The space The apartment is equipped with the following: Master bedroom with King size bed and closet space Small bedroom with full size bed Dining area, seats 5 Kitchen; equipped with pots, pans, dishes, coffee pot, microwave, utensils, cheese grater, measuring spoons, etc Bathroom with stand up shower. 6 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 4 washcloths Balcony area with table and chairs Desk area for work or studying with INTERNET Living area, Sectional with queen size pullout and loveseat Additional living area, Queen size pullout bed For the comfort of all of our guests there is no smoking permitted inside the apartment and a strict no pet policy. No exceptions. This allows our home to remain free of smells and allergens. Guest access Full and exclusive access to the quaint 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment and two spacious rooftop decks. Top level roof deck provides views of downtown and beyond. Access is from the alley behind the building. There are two parking spaces available to the LEFT of the stairway. There is a combination key keeper on the door. Code will be given prior to check in. Other things to note It is important to note that the apartment is located on the second level and there are some pretty steep stairs to climb. For this reason, this may not be the right place to rent for the elderly, young children or those with pre-existing health conditions. Please take caution and use the hand railing. The stairs will be effected by the elements as they are metal. (Ie. Slippery when wet, hot when the weather is hot, etc). Please hold hands of any small children. Children should NEVER be left unattended on balconies or near stairways under any circumstance.
