The property is located in the centre of Worthing with an abundance of popular eateries and bars just a short walk away, just minutes from the beach. Worthing train station is only a 15 minute walk away where you can catch the train along the coast to Brighton or the in the other direction to Chichester. Strictly no smoking, pets or parties. The space On the first floor, accessed via a flight of stairs, there is a beautiful modern kitchen, newly renovated with everything you need if you fancy staying in to cook, the first double bedroom is also on this floor along with the open plan living and dining space with a 62” smart TV with Netflix, a dining table which seats six, and a cosy sofa and arm chair. Up the narrow attic stairs we have a cosy snug, perfect for movie nights, with large comfy bean bags and a 62” smart TV with Netflix. All of the bedrooms have double beds, with bed linen and towels provided. The kitchen is fitted with an oven, induction hob, nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. We have two 2 hubs within the property with good reliable wifi. Both our TVs are smart TVs with Netflix.
