Cameras are located at the front and back of the home to ensure the safety and security of all guests. Maximum Occupancy: Maximum 12 people, including children. All guests age 18+ must be registered prior to check in. Noise/Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 7 AM (Monday–Saturday) and 10 PM to 9 AM (Sunday) Violators will be reported to Airbnb and incur a penalty fee. Neighbors may call law enforcement if there is any disturbances.
