Our remodeled 1BR condo is located directly on a private, white sugar-sand beach with beautiful Gulf and bay views from a private lanai. Enjoy the heated swimming pool, hot tub, grills and our uncrowded beach, with lovely Lovers Key State Park Beach connected directly to ours. Easy access to shopping, dining, and the trolley. There are many activities/watersports here or simply relax. Keep an eye out for the dolphins! Condo 1002 is remodeled in a fresh coastal decor and has a beautiful view overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. PLEASE NOTE: The bridge you see in the photos is being replaced. Work began Oct 2023 and is expected to continue through 2024 and 2025. While we do not know what stage of the project they'll be in during your stay, we've reduced pricing until project completion as we expect that you'll experience noise during your stay. You can see the Gulf of Mexico from the living room, kitchen/dining and bedroom. It has a private separate bedroom with a 40" flat screen smart TV and the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa with a comfortable memory foam mattress for your additional guests. There are new furnishings throughout. The granite breakfast bar in the kitchen seats two, plus the coffee table pops up for two more to comfortably eat. The pop up coffee table is wonderful with the bar stools to create a fabulous Gulf view office if you have to work while here! You will have full use of the condo during your stay, and all amenities of the grounds including the swimming pool, hot tub, beach huts and chairs.. There is a locked owners closet that is not for guest use. We are available to you via phone during your stay, and have local caretakers should you need something urgently. Lovers Key Beach Club is unique and so wonderful. We have a private beach that has tiki huts and lounge chairs for your use. Our beach connects directly to the state park beach where you can walk for miles and enjoy shelling and kayaking within the beautiful estuary. Dolphins, manatees and other wildlife frequent this area. The uniqueness here makes for a vacation unlike any other! We are right on the trolley line should you wish to not rent a car (or leave your car at the condo), and next door to the fabulous Flipper's restaurant. If you enjoy walking, miles of beachfront are at your doorstep, or walk the sidewalk path to restaurants and shops at Santini Plaza just 2 miles away. HURRICANE IAN UPDATE: Our lobby level and grounds sustained damage from the hurricane but the interior of both of our condos is believed to be okay. At this time we are waiting for power to be restored and the building to be inspected by an engineer before we can go back onsite to begin clean up.
