very clean house, cozy! Has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen, living room. All rooms have TV’s! Kitchen has dishes/pots & pans! 2 parking driveways on premise’s, fits 3 cars/trucks easy. LR K BR are shared with other guest when available beach is 25 miles canal less that 3 miles away with drive on ( 2 miles long ) for sight seeing The space spacious lot, spacious rooms ! has everything Guest access front and back door During your stay I live next door, I'm available 24/7 if needed Other things to note Each bedroom is private with keyed locks! May have other guess renting at same time
