The space The Guest House, located in San Roque de Grecia, Costa Rica, just 35 minutes from the Juan Santamaria International Airport (SJO) is centered in the heart of the agriculturally-rich province of Alajuela. Guest access Our facilities are private and located in a beautiful park setting. There is a small entrance garden you will notice once inside. Behind the main house, you will find a large community veranda that overlooks two other gardens on the property. The terrace is where breakfast is served to all guest when weather permits. There is a small river between the central garden and the main garden which is accessible by crossing the bridge. The central garden area hosts an organic hothouse and is bountiful with orange, lime, lemon and avocado, noni, star fruit and approximately 10 other fruit trees. It's the perfect spot for a private picnic or small event. Each guest is given a key to the pedestrian entrance and the gardens, along with their room key. When driving onto the property, please honk so that we may open the gate for you. You will also receive a remote for the automobile gate for the duration of your visit. Other things to note For your convenience, we offer curbside Airport pick-up and drop-off services any time of the day or night. A full custom breakfast is included in your room rate. If you like to eat out, we can recommend several local restaurants for you to try. For a small fee, many of them deliver.
