On a verdant hill, a short distance from the lake, a road through the woods leads to a cozy chalet. A place that smells of beautiful moments spent and many more beautiful ones to come. We do not offer luxury but relaxation and home comfort. And outside the house? Trails, lake and river beaches, the Val Grande National Park, trips to the islands, shopping, walks along the lakefront, Verbania, Baveno, Stresa, Lake Mergozzo, the golf course in Fondotoce, the Buddhist center in Bee, the Mottarone adventure park... The space The cabin opens onto a bright living room with a double sofa bed, an armchair, and a smart TV. Maps and tourist guides are available in multiple languages. From the living room you can access the dining area by going down two steps of a comfortable spiral staircase that ends on the lower floor with the large double bedroom. A camping bed with linens is available on request for our little guests. Games for adults and children are available for relaxing moments. The garden has a 140 cm high gate, so it is suitable for hosting four-legged friends. The kitchen is comfortable and equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. We have a large gas stove, a traditional oven, and a microwave. There is also a breakfast corner with a kettle, espresso machine, and toaster. The dining area has a large table with chairs and a corner chest. The dining area opens onto a small terrace where you can enjoy breakfast or aperitifs with views of the lake and mountains. The first bathroom is accessible directly from the bedroom or from the garden, and has a toilet with an integrated bidet and a spacious shower. The garden is small but has a table, chairs, deck chairs, and an umbrella. There is another door facing the garden that opens onto a room that can be used as a play area or to store bicycles safely and protected from the elements, as well as a second bathroom with toilet facilities and a laundry room. There is a portable air conditioner in the living room. The master bedroom is cool and has a fan available. The kitchen/dining area has two windows and a French window, so air circulation is guaranteed. There is a fan, however. In addition, the fixtures are state-of-the-art and offer protection from heat and cold. We provide our cabin; you bring your desire for a vacation in a lovely corner of the world. Guest access A front entrance from the street to the living room and a back gate from which you enter directly into the garden. Other things to note There are no shops or clubs in Ungiasca, but they are easily accessible by walking along the paths or in a few minutes by car.
