Beautiful boutique studio flat in town centre

This newly finished studio flat with fully furnished kitchen and dining area is in the centre of Medieval Rye, making it the perfect base to explore the historic Sussex south coast. The space The door on the High Street leads to stairs shared by two properties. At the top of the stairs is our loft flat (please note that there are two sets of stairs to go up) There is a lounge bedroom with a king size bed and seating area. This leads to an open plan kitchen and dining space. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer (please note there is no tumble drier but a drying frame is provided) There is a dual head shower in the bathroom. The windows have fitted Velux blackout blinds. You push the bottom bar and slide the blind down. Release the bar to lock. Guest access The property in on the main High Street in Rye, a short walk from the railway station. There is a lockbox key entry. The full address and code will be provided a few days before arrival. Other things to note This is a studio flat on the top floor. There are stairs to negotiate. The property is part of a historic building with beams and sloped ceilings. Please see photos of the bathroom for shower access (it’s easy to use but there is a sloped ceiling). There is no parking with the property. Two hour daytime parking can be found outside (60p for two hours) however parking in this historic market town can be tricky and you may need to park in one of the main car parks. Or for free parking you may need to park a little outside the centre and walk. There is a train station within easy walking distance.
