Gîte for 10 people located in the heart of the village of Oyré (86) surrounded by fields. Come and spend time with family or friends in this unique place. We welcome you all year round for a minimum of 2 nights (excluding summer season and long weekends) or a week and + (summer). This cottage is part of L'Orillonnaise, a set of 2 cottages (2nd cottage = 2 to 4 people visible under the title charming cottage with jacuzzi) that can be rented together or separately. Calm, relaxation, sharing are on the agenda! The space Linens (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, bathroom and pool towels, dish towels) are not provided. A sheet/towel package can be offered at an additional cost. The cottage includes 3 beds of 160 and 4 beds of 90. The cleaning will have to be carried out in its entirety or pay an extra cleaning fee of 200 euro (deposit of 200 euro requested and cashed only in case of cleaning not carried out). Guest access Free parking on site. Other things to note No parties are allowed in the cottage. A small room will be at your disposal for this purpose for an extra 150 euros to be paid on site. A marquee can be added for an additional 120 euro. Additional people over 10 people will have to pay 20 euro per person. This cottage, part of L'Orillonnaise, is 25 minutes from Futuroscope, 1 hour from the magnificent Beauval Zoo, the Châteaux de la Loire, 15 minutes from the Roche-Posay thermal baths, 45 minutes from Tours or Poitiers. Calm and relaxation assured after a good day of sightseeing... Any breakage must be reported and compensated. Garbage cans must be taken out and glass will be placed in the glass globes provided for this purpose in the village (party room, soccer stadium, restaurant square).
