North woods lake estate on Oxbow lake

Great lake house on 523 acre Oxbow lake in beautiful Presque isle Wi. The house sits on a private peninsula facing west, one of the best spots on the lake at the end of a private road with a private sand beach, 4.63 wooded acres, 753 feet of lake frontage. Snowmobiles welcome. Out of respect for our neighbors we decided to respectfully not welcome jet skies and ATV's. Water skiing is not a problem but FYI there is a town ordinance no wake within 200 feet from shore. There is a outdoor fire pit. The space 3 level cedar home with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with showers, fireplace, and modern kitchen. A aluminum canoe and 2 kayaks are available for guests at no charge. There is a dock and small boat landing on the property for guest use. Guest access The whole house, dock, beach, and outdoor fire pit. There is a 14' aluminum row boat, canoe, and two kayaks for you to use. Other things to note There is a smart TV with DVD player and fire stick wifi is fast enough to stream but slows down with multiple devices connected 3Mbps.
