Kitchen is equipped and linens are included. The house is completely outfitted - with high speed internet, Apple TV, YouTube TV and Sonos Stereo. The house is three stories with three decks, large laundry room, a stocked kitchen and unlimited hot water. The first floor has a living room, dining room with seating for 10, kitchen, and front and back decks. The second floor has a laundry room, a large renovated bathroom, the master king bed with couch, and a large dorm with a queen bed, two single beds and a trundle. The third floor has two queen bedrooms, renovated bathrooms, and one dorm with a queen, full and single beds. There is no first floor master and all guests should be able to walk up stairs. Travelers are able to access everything except for the basement. There is unlimited use of linens and towels, all kitchen appliances, cleaning supplies, games and books. I will be available by phone or e-mail in case of questions or concerns. The cleaner also lives in town and is available for emergencies. Cape Charles is a historical beach town which is currently enjoying a renaissance with new businesses opening up. It is filled with a variety of restaurants, gift shops, and art galleries. It also is close to the Bay Creek Golf Course, The Bay Creek Marina and the Cape Charles Public Marina. There is a fishing pier and public beach and many citywide events throughout the year. The beach is on the bayside and is absolutely ideal for families with children. Practically everything in Cape Charles is walking distance away, but you also have the opportunity to rent a golf cart in town. We also suggest bringing bikes, as it is a great way to explore quickly and enjoy the beautiful weather! You also have parking by the beach and in town if you prefer to drive, especially if carrying lots of chairs, coolers and beach toys. You will be renting the entire home for your convenience and use.
