Gora is a cozy mountain guesthouse in the Rhodope Mountains at 1400 meters above sea level. Located in the village of Progled, 4 km. from Pamporovo and 5 km. from the ski lift Mechi chal in Chepelare. The house is new, spacious, comfortable, with amazing views of an old spruce forest. Ideal for ski vacations, hikes, friendly gatherings, various themed events, or just quiet moments and socializing with nature. Gora is located at the very beginning of the village of Proview, 200m from Asenovgrad-Pamporovo road. In winter, the road to the village is cleaned, so there are usually no access issues. The house is new, completed in 2021. The architecture is simple, unpretentious with a modern look. The parking lot is next to the road and has 11 seats and video surveillance. Electric vehicle charging is available. Gora is set on a steep slope facing south against a beautiful spruce forest. It's developed stepped on six levels. Capacity is 20-26 people. Level - 3 Includes two spacious living rooms with kitchens, patio terraces, and toiletries. Level 2 - This is an intermediate floor with sauna, small space for sports, bathroom with toilet, laundry room, ski boot rack. Level - 1 Includes a large terrace along the entire facade overlooking the forest. Two double bedrooms with bathrooms with access to the terrace and views of the forest. Two double bedrooms with bathrooms and a side view of the village. One has a large terrace. Level - 0 Entrance Level + 1 Two double bedrooms with bathrooms, terraces, and forest views. Two living rooms with kitchens (these are the lower levels of the two penthouses ). Level + 2 Four double bedrooms with bathrooms, terraces and forest view ( these are the bedrooms of the two maisonettes ). The living rooms are really spacious and cozy, with window windows and beautiful views of the forest. Both living rooms have large kitchens and terraces that exit into the courtyard. In one living room the dining table is for 10-12 people and in the other for 12-16 people. You can light the fireplaces and relax on the armchairs, get a book from our library, play board games. If you decide to organize a movie night, you will have large TV screens with Internet TV. One living room has a portal that you can close if you want to split the two living rooms when you need quiet or need to work. You can also go out on the cozy terraces, light candles, get comfortable and contemplate the forest. Kitchens are large and comfortable, equipped with everything you need to do with pleasure (you can be inspired by the culinary books and magazines we've curated). If cooking is not your passion after all, you can order food that will be delivered to the house at the exact time you have requested. The refrigerators in the kitchens are really large, you also have plenty of room for products and worktops, ovens (in one kitchen the oven is 90 cm), hobs, dishwashers. In each kitchen you will have two types of coffee machines - one with different coffee recipes for coffee beans or minced, the other has capsules. You also have the traditional hot tubs, tea, toaster, blender, blender. You'll also have some essentials like salt, sugar, vinegar, oil, and spices. Under the sinks, you'll find tablets for the dishwashers, vero, garbage bags, as well as various cleaning supplies. Bedrooms There are six en-suite double bedrooms and two maisonettes in Gora House, each with two double bedrooms. Each of the six bedrooms has a double bed (two single beds are possible in one only), a private bathroom, showcase windows, wardrobe, bedside tables, bedside lamps, console table with bench, armchair, hanger, hairdryer. Four of the bedrooms have a terrace and views of the forest. The other two have a side view of the village, one with a large terrace. These two bedrooms also have a pull-out armchair (photon type). There are two maisonettes in the house. Each has a living room on the lower level and two double bedrooms with bathrooms, terraces and a view of the forest on the upper level. The living room has a comfortable equipped kitchen, dining table for 4-6 people, sofa-bed ( suitable for sleeping), toilet, TV. In the kitchens there is an oven, hot plates, a small built-in refrigerator, a coffee machine with capsules, a water kettle, as well as cups, plates, pans, pots, cutlery. Maisonettes have an entrance from both the main staircase into the house and a private entrance from the parking lot. The bedrooms in the maisonettes are smaller than the other private bedrooms, but they have morespacious bathrooms, and they have a wide entryway suitable for luggage. If you need peace and quiet, in the penthouses you will stay away from the life in the house. Maisonettes are not suitable for young children. SaunaSauna is in the intermediate floor, level - 2, for six people. At your service anytime. There's a small bathroom with a toilet. Small space for sports Here you will find a path, a bicycle, yoga/pilates mats, dumbbells, rubber bands and other basic things for your workout. Laundry room If you need to, here you can use a washer, dryer, space, iron. The common terraces There are two terraces in front of the living rooms with access to the courtyard on level - 3 and another spacious terrace on level - 1. On each terrace you can sit comfortably in the armchairs and enjoy your morning coffee. You'll really feel like you're in the woods here. Set with a blanket, relax, and listen to its sounds. If you're quieter, you'll also see the deer, which often descend very close to the house. Thecourtyard is large, located on two levels, next to the forest. You can access it from both the living room and parking lot. BBQBBQ is a private building with harmonica. The space is suitable for use in both summer (you can fully open the joinery) and in winter (there are heated lamps). The structure is on the second, lower level of the yard. There is a large built hearth (fireplace), a large gas grill, kitchen countertops, sink, hot plates, a dining table for 10-12 people and two bar tables for 10 people.
