With premium appointments, our guest house provides a comfortable, relaxing home base for singles and couples exploring the City Different and Northern New Mexico. The space This architect-designed guest house is a 400 SF studio furnished with a queen bed and wardrobe, lounge seating area with sofa and TV, kitchenette, and a bathroom with spacious shower and an in-unit washer/dryer. It is appointed with premium Brooklinen sheets, quick WiFi, a TV with streaming channels, air conditioning, and cozy radiant floor heat. The kitchenette includes a sink, under-counter refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, glasses, dishware, utensils, and some cookware. There is an electric cooktop but no oven, no exhaust hood, and no dishwasher. Accordingly, the kitchenette is suitable for preparing simple breakfasts and small meals, not extensive cooking. A private balcony with a small dining table and two chairs accommodates morning coffee and stargazing at night. Guest access The guest house is a separate, second-story structure with a private entrance. It is accessed by an exterior stair. Site access, parking, and the unit itself are not ADA compliant. There is off-street parking for one vehicle adjacent to the unit. Access is via a narrow driveway and turn-around may be challenging for very large vehicles. Nearby street parking is abundant. Other things to note A detailed guest manual, a curated list of local recommendations, and a number of visitor and trail guides are provided. The guest house is used by family members with severe allergies. Therefore, we have a strict no-pets policy and cannot accommodate service animals. Our two small dogs are friendly and quiet.
