Cottage (hot tub, petanque court) and the river

The 1.4 ha property, dating from the Middle Ages, offers for the Green Cottage, a 28 m² studio (4 people max) with a kitchenette that allows you to cook dishes that can be enjoyed in the dining area or on the terrace. Its large garden has a private Jacuzzi under a pergola on the banks of the river and undergrowth. The shared spaces (orchard, vegetable garden, pontoon, peninsula) close to the meadows of our two Highland Cattle cows will enchant you and the petanque court will seduce you. The space The Green Cottage includes a double bed and two pull-out single beds, a kitchenette, a dining area, a toilet and a shower room. A microwave, fridge, stove, kettle, electric coffee maker and all cooking utensils allow you to have your meals on site. Bathrobes are available to take to the hot tub. The terrace includes a dining area and seating to allow you to fully enjoy nature with the murmur of the river and the song of the birds that will give you a real change of a change of scenery. Guest access Arrival at Capucine's rooms is facilitated by signs in the village. Parking allows you to park on the property. Other things to note The property includes the owner's house and two short-term rental cottages. When walking in the shared areas of the property, children are under the responsibility of their parents. A shower is mandatory before using the Jacuzzi, which is available year-round when outdoor temperatures are above freezing. Bathrobes are available as well as a set of two towels (per person). Beds are made before you check in. Check in and out. You can clean yourself or pay a cleaning fee of €40. Disposable wipes are not permitted in the toilets.
