Both bedrooms are located on the second floor and each has a queen bed, making this a comfortable choice for up to 4 guests traveling together. A private bathroom reserved exclusively for your group is located outside the bedrooms and includes a small clawfoot tub and separate shower. The Douglas Rooms are the only guest bedrooms on the second floor. Enjoy the convenient location to downtown Mankato, which is walking distance to restaurants, shops and the event center. Guest access Your reservation includes two private second-floor bedrooms and a private bathroom reserved exclusively for your group. Guests also have access to Laven House’s SHARED first-floor spaces, including the living rooms, dining room, full kitchen, main entrance and back porch. These common areas are shared with guests staying in the other rooms at the inn. The second-floor hallway and staircase are also shared passageways, as guests staying in Candy’s Attic use them to access their third-floor suite. Other things to note Breakfast is not included with Airbnb stays at Laven House. Guests are welcome to use the shared kitchen, including the coffee maker, electric kettle, refrigerator and microwave.
