Room in villa with a fantastic atmosphere

This is a shared home centrally located in the middle of Rena City Center. Close to all amenities such as shops and restaurants. Close to the University of Innlandet and Rena Leir. Spacious villa with most amenities. Relax in the room or in your own TV room, or borrow the house's Jacuzzi or sauna. Private large bathroom and toilet available for the rental rooms. Enjoy nice summer evenings on the spacious patio or terrace. One room has a double bed. One room has a double bed plus a bunk bed. The space Stay in a spacious house in a quiet and sheltered area, but close to central facilities. Here you can recharge your batteries in a historic house with good facilities. The house is shared with the host's family, but with 500 square meters it does not feel cramped. We use the same entrance, common area and share the kitchen, but guests have their own bathroom and toilet, up to 2 large guest rooms as well as a private lounge/TV room that the host's family will not use or visit during the stay. Please let us know in advance if you want to use special facilities such as JACUZZI so we can make it easy for you! As a guest you will always find towels and ready-made beds when you arrive Guest access Even if you live in a shared home, as a guest you have access to amenities such as a large terrace, hot tub and common areas such as kitchen and dining room. We want our guests to feel at home - and will therefore facilitate that the guest's company gets a good benefit from the stay. We will meet all guests when you check in to show the most necessary. Other things to note The rental is a shared home, meaning the entire house is not for rent. The house is open and accessible except for some private rooms used by the host's family. Although there are two rental rooms, it will only be rented to one guest or a group at the same time to ensure you have private access to the bathroom and toilet. If you are two guests in your group, please let us know if you would like one or two rooms.
