Our house is quiet, but also very close to the city and all its shops, restaurants. The cinema and media library, ideal for children and teenagers are within walking distance. Spacious indoor and outdoor space. Pool (depth 1.4m, this is not a lausing pool) You are 14 min from the center of Cannes thanks to the TER whose train station is a 5 min walk from us. This line also goes to Grasse. We are 15 min from the beach by car. The space The house is spacious, and many areas and nooks delight young and old. The bedrooms are big, as are the living spaces. You'll find a whole bunch of activities for the kids, like a swing, trampoline, swimming pool. Many fruits like figs, blackberries, Grape ... The house is fully furnished and provided for cooking and eating as a family. One bedroom has direct access to the outside, ideal for a nanny. You can easily sleep 8, 2 couples and 4 children, but you can add 2 people to the sofa bed in the reading area and a mattress upstairs in one of the bedrooms or on the landing. Baby cot available if needed.
