Our 'Villa Kunterbunt' with apartment 2. (2nd floor, rear right) is located in Dortmund-Hombruch, one of the most attractive districts of the south of Dortmund with central connections to the University of Dortmund, the soccer stadium, the Dortmund / Westfalenhallen trade fair and the city center. The Hombruch city center with cafes, restaurants, ice cream parlors and numerous shopping opportunities is within walking distance in 2-3 minutes. Parking is available in front of the house. The space The approx. 25 square meter one-room apartment on the 2nd floor right rear is furnished in the Nordic style and has a fully equipped kitchen with stove, ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher and a really big 65-inch TV including Netflix! Modern air conditioning, heating, intercom, a cozy double bed that can also be used as a couch (very high quality mattresses (TEMPUR, 160 x 200) are available in the apartment. So, if you're looking for a few exciting or relaxing days in Dortmund, you are in excellent hands with us! Commercial use is prohibited without exception! We look forward to seeing you soon. Guest access The house can be reached from Leostrasse / corner of Kieferstrasse. Simply go through the wrought-iron gate to the main entrance or left into the garden. Free parking is available in front of the house in sufficient numbers, as well as electric charging stations via the green marked lanterns. For our guests there are 2 bicycles available, which you can use for €5 per day (these must be checked independently for roadworthiness before use, use is at your own risk, for loss and damage, the user is liable!) as well as a washing machine, which may be used in consultation with us for an extra charge (€5 per use). Other things to note The apartment has Wi-Fi /50,000 line and Netflix. Check-in generally from 3 pm to 9 pm — check out by 11 am — This can be deviated from after consultation with us.
