Charming two bedroom, two bath bungalow built in 1925. All original wood floors. Existing bath completely remodeled with a deep antique bathtub with shower. Bathroom with a walk-in shower en suite to master bedroom which is the "Bluegrass Room". The "Sunflower Wheat Room" is slightly larger with king beds in both bedrooms. Fully stocked kitchen with basic cooking supplies provided. Security system with keyless entry. TV with DVD in living room and smart TV's in both bedroom & WiFi. Our guests have access to the entire home and outdoor spaces. The living room has two queen sofa sleeper with a memory form mattress and air mattress. There are French doors between the living room and dining room making the living room a more private area when using the sleeper sofas. Washer and dryer available in the basement. The back yard is fenced with a lighted patio and a firepit with wood provided. Perfect place to relax with a glass of wine or beer, making smores or roasting hotdogs. Upon arrival enjoy homemade muffins and breads as well as coffee and tea from College Hill Coffee located only two blocks away. The Lynn Street Bungalow is located on a quiet street within walking distance to Southwestern College, Baden Square, the Winfield Public Library, William Newton Memorial Hospital, Physicians Pavilion and Winfield Recreation and Fitness center. Wi-Fi with 2g and 5g access. We know our guests value their privacy and respect that. We are always close by if our quests need anything or have special requests. Guests have full access to entire home. The porch is a lovely space to enjoy your morning coffee or tea. The lighted back patio is a wonder space to light a fire toast some marshmallows for smores or just to chat and keep warm. The yard is fenced in with a gate to close in driveway. An outdoor gas grill is available for guests to use. I am always available to our guests with a phone call, text or email. Guest will have access to Winfield Recreation and Fitness Center for $5.00 per visit fee.
