It's a quick walk to the Argyle or Wilson Redline stations, which will take you anywhere in the city by train. Please enjoy our chef's kitchen for your breakfasts with coffee & tea available, or walk to Tweet, everyone's favorite breakfast spot in Uptown! The in-unit washer & dryer are available upon request or for long-term guests. The space This 1910s condo's charm is true to our historical neighborhood of Uptown. Your bedroom and bathroom are located in the center of the condo, with both doors directly opposite of one another. The unit's thick walls and many doors offer complete privacy. The main common areas apart from the main foyer and hallway are the kitchen, dining room, and living/meditation room. Your sleigh-style bed has a brand-new mattress as well as luxuriously soft Wamsutta 750 thread count sheets. The on-property parking lot is available for tenants only, however, street parking is available for short-term stays with an extra nightly fee for each 24-hour guest pass needed. Guest access Kitchen: Chicago is the city for foodies, so we always encourage our guests to eat out at our city's many fantastic restaurants; that being, should you like to use our kitchen, we allow light breakfasts and simple meals such as: Coffee | Tea | Milk Options | Toast | & Jam are all provided Feel free to bring back any leftovers or groceries if you need to as well; we do not have a microwave though, so please keep that in mind. We have plenty of room in our fridge to share with whatever our guests may bring back, so feel free to leave whatever you need in there when you need to; we simply ask you throw away whatever you do not finish/use. We have both electric and gas kettles for you coffee and tea should you need them. Laundry: We allow laundry access for long-term guests only, or for emergencies. Foyer / Hallway: We will leave the lights on in the evening for you when you're here, in case you come back late, whenever you are going to sleep we kindly ask you turn them off. During your stay We are social butterflies, so if you want to chat with us whenever we aren't busy, we'll gladly join you! We are also always available via this Airbnb app if we are not home during your stay with us. We love giving tips of places to visit in Uptown and the best local spots around the city to really make sure you enjoy your stay in Chicago, it's truly an amazing city! If you're quieter though and are looking for somewhere with more privacy/quiet too, we're very much able to accommodate you also!
