You will stay in a small cozy, quiet and totally independent apartment, with garden, in a pleasant village with all shops and services nearby. In the heart of the Lot Valley, in a region steeped in history, hikers, lovers of visits and heritage, mountain bikers, cyclists, gastronomy... all activities are available to you and we will be happy to advise you if you wish to make your stay as pleasant as possible The space 30 m2 apartment, new and well-equipped. A living room with an equipped kitchen and a bar counter for your meals, plus a living area with a NON-convertible sofa and a coffee table. Capacity: 2 people maximum. Not suitable for children. Note: The apartment does not have a TV. This is a deliberate choice, in order to maintain a calm atmosphere conducive to disconnecting. We like to think that vacations are meant for slowing down, recharging, fully enjoying the present moment, having real conversations, reading, dreaming, or just doing nothing. A little cocoon to find yourself... and sometimes also to rediscover each other as a couple. One bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, a wardrobe closet, a small desk and a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) Reversible air-conditioning in both rooms. You have a small fenced garden. Guest access Access to the accommodation is from the street via a small staircase with about ten steps, closed by a secure gate. Free street parking at the foot of the apartment. Be careful, the stairs are quite narrow at the top, and access for bicycles is very complicated, even impossible for e-bikes. There is also nothing planned to shelter them. There is only outside in the garden. Other things to note The cleaning fee is intended to contribute to the laundry costs (bed sheets, linens, etc.) and general maintenance so that you can find the apartment as welcoming as possible and as described upon arrival.
