lovely, quiet, safe single room in welcoming home

Enjoy a warm welcome at our home in a lovely village 10 minutes from Winchester. The room is small and calming, you can enjoy a spa bath and the range of communal areas the house offers for working or relaxing, including lovely gardens. There a double bedroom is listed separately. Kings Worthy Village has fantastic travel links to Winchester (bus stop outside the house,) London and across the South Coast. We have bikes, a kayak and paddleboards available, and three friendly cats! The space The house has a spacious downstairs, open plan lounge into dining area into kitchen area where there is a breakfast bar. You can choose to eat where you like the view! Shared use of downstairs includes the patio, private garden to the back and shared gardens to the front, a separate toilet and basin, and the utility room with washing machine and a dryer should you need it. Guest access Use of all the shared areas! During your stay We are happy to support during your stay with tips for where to go and what to see. We are happy to provide meals on request. There is also a double room for let at the property. Other things to note Parking is free and ample. There is a bus stop opposite the House with easy access to central Winchester which is a lovely city to explore or to use as a base. There are good train links from Winchester to London (an hour by train) and to across the South Coast. There are lots of lovely walks and cycles near to the House (prepare for some hills!) It is very well placed and accessible for driving with the M3 and M27 very close for access to the South Coast, and the M3 to the M25 for access to London. Bikes are available to use (as are paddleboards!) We have three friendly cats!
